Ever wonder who’s writing this stuff? Well, we are a bunch of gals who met through our passion for the tv show Supernatural. Some of us do have other favorite shows, but there seems to be a tendency towards many shows of a science fiction nature. So, we decided to start writing about them. We all have our own interests and our own styles, but we’re all pretty good writers and have something to say. Grey’s Anatomy? CSI? We spit on them!
So, who are we?
Gailann: Government drone by day, internet junkie by night. Favorite shows (not all of which are sci fi): Supernatural, Legend of the Seeker, Terminator:The Sarah Connor Chronicles, The Cleaner, Burn Notice and Dexter (even though she no longer gets Showtime. There’s probably more but she can’t think of them at the moment. Favorite actors: Benjamin Bratt (who got her started with this whole internet thing), Jensen Ackles (whom she predicts will be the next George Clooney), Jared Padalecki and Alicia Leigh Willis. Favorite websites: besides her own? Let me get back to you on that.
Sandy is a librarian by day and a fangirl, well, pretty much all the rest of the time. She loves genre programming of all kinds: books, movies, TV, manga, anime, you name it. When she isn’t writing about fannish things on Sci Fi Chicks, she’s writing about fannish things in her own LiveJournal.
Suzanne (who shills retail goods in a Big Box to pay the bills)prefers fantasy over reality, so you’re more likely to find her rewatching Lord of the Rings for the umpteenth time than enduring American Idol. Or, God forbid, Survivor. Her current top show is Supernatural, and her next challenge will be figuring what the hell is happening on Lost, since she skipped last season in favor of following the Winchester brothers. Jade:: I am a video store clerk by day and a masked vigilante by night. Well not really about that last part, but I certainly appreciate the sensibilities. I’m a huge Lit. junkie and get my visual fix as often as I can. Also, I love sugar. I think Survivor would have been better if it had been more like Lord Of The Flies and that people need to take more responsibility for their own actions. I am working on the second draft of my first novel and dipping my toes into the scary prianah-infested waters of FanFic. I also love soundtracks. So if anyone wants to bribe me for any reason, candy and a soundtrack CD are just the ticket. 
JanglyJewels: Mild mannered mom by day, avid tv fan by night. She likes most genre shows: Supernatural, all things Whedon, X-Files, Fringe, Battlestar Galactica, and the list goes on. She also tends to go to a lot of conventions, so most her posts here will pertain to that.
